From The Economist

With the start of the new Congress in Washington DC I was inspired to make this cartoon. I guess I have been around long enough to remember all of these “changes” in Washington.
This week’s Economist cartoon

The Economist goes to press every week on a Wednesday. Which means for 33 years I have been at my drawing board trying to conjure up cartoons for the upcoming edition for the magazine. Fortunately for me, US General Election are always held on Tuesdays which means by Wednesday the results are in(except for that crazy 2000 election).
The US Election results are closely watched around the world and thus make great fodder for cartoons. Above is this week’s rendition. I think the conflict between these two protagonists will likely supply ample material for cartoonists and satirists in the months ahead.

Here’s this weeks cartoon for The Economist. I wounder if this will be the last cartoon that I draw of the nutty/dangerous leader of North Korea.
Economist Cartoon

Here’s this week’s cartoon from The Economist. I had terrific fun drawing this one… I hope to resurrect this unlikely Party animal again in the future.
