Public Diplomacy in Sri Lanka
I recently returned from a public diplomacy tour of Sri Lanka and The Maldives. It was a terrifically interesting visit. I addressed a wide range of citizens including journalists, students and civil society forums on the value and importance of freedom of expression. I was also interviewed by a variety of print and television media during my visit, including this nice piece from the cover of Ceylon Today.
